Description

The room has direct access to the garden, where there is a barbecue area and outdoor seating, which makes it very comfortable and private. There is also a large bathroom on the lower floor with a shower, toilet, and sink, which is available for use. You will also have your own independent entrance on the first level. The only shared space is the kitchen on the upper floor, where you can cook, store food in the fridge, and use a designated space for your items. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, so there are no extra costs for those. Regarding parking, there is a paid parking area about 20 meters from the house, and also a free parking option about 150 meters away. I can explain in detail how it works if you are interested.
