Välkommen till en ljus och fräsch 1a på Vallingatan i centrala Västerås! (English version below) Allmänt: lägenheten renoverad för knappt 10 år sedan, ljusa färger och nytt golv. Kyl och frys. Hyrs gärna ut möblerad men jag kan ombesörja bortforsling om det är något som inte är till belåtenhet. Kontrakt om minst ett år är önskvärt från min sida. Läge: innanför cityringen i Västerås. Mittemellan universitet och stadskärnan. På en återvändsgata vilket bidrar till lugn utanför. Wi-Fi: tekniken finns i lägenheten(router) men hyresgäst tecknar själv abonnemang efter behov. El: jag har ett elavtal, det brukar bli ca 2-300kr per månad. Vill hyresgästen teckna eget avtal är det givetvis möjligt. El ingår inte i hyran på grund av de varierande priserna behöver det finnas incitament för hyresgäst att tänka på sin konsumtion. Tvätt och tork: I föreningen renoveras tvättstugan i nuläget och den ligger nära till hands bara en våning under med högkvalitativ tvätt och torkmöjligheter, både torkskåp och tumlare.
