Det finns även ett köpcentrum Hälla nära till huset. - Hyra 10500 kr/mån. - 2000 kr/mån för wifi, el/värme, vatten/avlopp, sophämtning samt parkering. - Max 3 personer utan betalningsanmärkningar och regelbunden inkomst. - Deposition på 2 månaders hyra.
